Cage Type Stranding Machine

1. Description

☀ Cage type stranding machine is worked with 100% back twist movement.It is suitable for steel core aluminum stranding

wires, aluminum clad steel, bare copper, bare aluminum, power optical cable and stranding of other wire materials.

☀ It can be used as laying up of 19/37 cores control cable and steel wire armoring cable.

☀ It adopts magnetic hysteresis tension controller to provide bobbin tension. A set of bobbin bottom diameter detector is

installed in each section of the cage to automatically detect the change of the position from full bobbin to empty bobbin,

and then feed back to PLC, which adjusts the output torque of magnetic hysteresis tension controller to ensure constant

tension.

☀ DC main motor drives the stranded body through the ground shaft or AC induction servo motor drives each segment

of the stranded body.

☀ The machine adopts MMI+PLC control system, pre-setting stranding pitch, stranding direction, automatic tension

control and synchronous control of traction and take-up.

☀ The machine provides loading-crane and loading-car for selection.

☀ It can be equipped with maximum 24 filling devices according to customer requirements.
